What types of sessions do you offer?

I offer 45-minute, 60-minute, and 90-minute sessions. You can choose what feels right for you depending on your goals, availability, and emotional needs. Sessions can be held in-person, virtually via Zoom, or as Walk & Talk sessions outdoors in nature.

What is the fee per session?

There is no set session fee. I believe therapy should be accessible, so I work with each client to find a rate that feels fair and manageable based on individual circumstances. If cost is a concern, just let me know in the intake form - we’ll find an option that works for you.

Who do you work with?

I work exclusively with women who are seeking support through life transitions, emotional challenges, or personal growth. My approach is tailored specifically to the unique experiences and needs of women.

I'm new to therapy. What can I expect in my first session?

Your first step is to complete the intake form. After I receive it, we’ll schedule a free phone intake session. This helps us get to know each other and see if we're the right fit. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan together.
