My Approach

Mindfulness, Empowerment, & Holistic Healing

At Pathway to Peace Counselling, I take a holistic approach to therapy, blending traditional counselling methods with mindfulness practices and nature-based therapies. I believe that true healing involves nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. By fostering a mindful presence in each session, I help women gain greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, empowering them to make intentional choices that lead to growth and healing.

Walk & Talk Sessions

In addition to our traditional counselling sessions, I offer walking-and-talking sessions in the serene beauty of Prince Edward County, where the natural world becomes an active participant in the therapeutic process. Walking together allows for a calming, reflective experience that promotes creative thinking, emotional release, and a deeper connection with one’s inner wisdom.
